We collect personal data when you share matching services details, create an account, order products, request information, sign up for newsletters, participate in surveys, or contact us. This may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, education level and year of graduation, information you include on your resume, and — if you are an OPS Staffing customer — credit card information such as the card number and security code. We may combine this personal data with additional information from other online and offline sources.
Information automatically collected. As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This may include your IP address, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data. This information may be combined with other collected data to improve services, marketing, analytics, and site functionality.
Information collected from other sources. We may obtain information about you from other sources, including commercially available sources such as data aggregators and public databases — including name, demographic information, updated contact information, interests, and publicly-observed data such as from social media and online activity. Location-based information is collected for providing location-based products and services through JobHub; we share this only with our mapping provider for that purpose. You can disable geo-location tracking at the device level in the mobile app.
We (or our service providers) may use collected information to fulfill orders and provide service; develop new products or services; respond to inquiries; provide customized site content, targeted offers, and advertising; contact you with information, newsletters, and promotional materials; obtain feedback on communication quality from employment or educational organizations; review usage and operations to improve the Site; address problems with the Site or our business; manage telecommunications networks; protect the security and integrity of the Site; and process payments and prevent fraud. Companies we work with are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide services to us. You can opt out of newsletters and promotional communications by following the instructions in each communication or visiting our opt-out page.
